Hello, really need some help!

My porting was done yesterday from 3 to O2.....the ported number seems to be only partially transferred as I can place calls ok but cannot recieve calls outside of O2 network. Also I do not recieve any sms messages. However if I insert my old 3 sim, my missing sms messages will download, plus missed call alerts.

Additional info; When I call my 'ported' number from outside the O2 network I get my old 3 answerphone greeting....however when I call my 'ported' number from within the O2 network I get the O2 answerphone. This seems classis split porting?....really need a quick solution as all my banking etc uses the number for security sms/calls. Could anyone looking in raise it with the MNP team?...CS have not helped.

I’m gonna jump on this as I have the exact same issue porting from three also. I’ve had to resort to putting my three sim in as I need to receive calls and text and can’t keep swapping over.
