I’m not sure when this happened but I can no longer receive calls or receive sms. I can send and call out fine and my data is working fine too. I’m using a Pixel 9 Pro and on the messages app RCS settings it says “Status: Setting up… trying to verify your phone number.” And the advanced sms settings says “phone number: unknown”.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum.

You need  to contact O2.

If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help. Or call them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract)

4445 or 0344 809 0222 (PAYG)

Try searching for and connection another network (You will be denied access) then manually set the network to O2.

See if you can then receive calls and text.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
