Hey

I filled out the online form with the Vodafone number I wanted to bring across to o2 and provided the PAC code I was given by Vodafone but nothings changed?

Filled out the form yesterday morning so more than a full working day.

Can anyone help out?

thanks

Marc

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) or 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG).

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I think mine took two full working days. No email notification sent however so the only way I found out was by rebooting my phone periodically and checking my phone number on my iPhone app

Thanks for the heads-up. Can you actually check in iPhone settings anywhere to see if number has changed? The App is still showing the one o2 gave me with the phone

Settings >Phone >My Number will display your number, however, this usually needs to be reset manually as O2 won't push a new number to your sim.

The MyO2 app will change when your number ports.
