O2 have texted me to say I have to say I’ve reached 100% of my spendcap. What does that mean in term of making calls/ texts and what do I do now

A spend cap is just for paying for out of allowances calls and texts.
You can still use your allowances to make calls and texts to included numbers Guide: Your Allowances - what is and isn't included
