I called up o2 not once but twice to get the spend cap removed from both my devices and yet it's still on there! How do I go about getting them removed once and for all? I don't want a spend cap on either of my numbers so why are they still on there when I've asked twice for them to be removed!! I didn't even ask for a spend cap on either of my devices when I got the contracts out! Any help would be appreciated because I feel that the level of customer service I have received Just lately is not the o2 customer service I've known and loved for the years I've been an o2 customer, and it seems to have gone down hill since you partnered up with Virgin!! So please can you help with this problem?
