Sony Xperia IV faulty

Hello, I want to inform you that the Sony Xperia IV is faulty, I am having serious issues trying to use it as a phone. The receiver cannot hear me at all well. 

 

I have seen this is an issue online, many people are concerned about it. 

 

what are you doing about it?

Well this is not O2 but a community of customers. But if this is a problem with this make and model of phone then that's really for Sony to sort.
