Since my contract ends I decided to switch to PAYG. Sounds very simple… It supposed to happen two weeks ago but I didn’t receive a new SIM card, requested it again but this one didn’t arrived as well. When I contacted O2 again I found out both SIMs were sent to a different random address not my one! No one was able to tell me how this address has been picked up and where’s was it from. The third SIM card arrived and the switch suppose to take place today… still didn’t happen and I assume it won’t. On top of that my old number has been switched off already on Saturday, even I agreed with the advisor I will be able to use it till today. So I still do not have my number and don’t know what is wrong. Very disappointed with O2, the customer service is definitely not as good as it used to be.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 4445 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
