My new sim isn't working in my new phone, I have no signal and I don't have my old sim so I can't even put that in my new phone. None of the advice to get it working has worked so not sure what to do to make my new sim work ! I have kept the same number

@Chloe02  Have you rebooted the phone (turned it off and back again?)

If nothing works then contact O2 via social media
