I've just upgraded my phone. I've been sent a 5G sim is this going to allow me to keep my old number?

@STHOMAS Yes it will. If your new phone is 5G capable you can just swap sims: SIM Swap: a mini guide (incl eSim) - O2 Community

If you're uncomfortable doing it yourself, you can call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, and they'll do it for you.
