Sim swap not working

I have tried 3 SIM cards in my new iPhone and non of them work I have been cut off several times from customer services anyone had this issue?

You can reach O2 via social media for help as well:

If you're still having difficulty, call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, and they'll do the swap for you. Bring identification with you.

Some iphones are shipped with restriction so you will probably have to contact O2 to get the bar removed

I'll mention @O2Lisa  to see if she can assist in the morning
