Solved: Sim not working

Hi my uncle has given me his old phone whilst mine gets repaired he got new phone from u with he told me to throw away the sim cos he got new one but he now has no network

His upgraded contract was on the sim you threw away.

He will need to contact O2 either by calling of going in store for a new sim card.
