I have ordered SIM card on 8th December and haven’t got my SIM card

I am with Vodafone my contract will end soon I need my sim

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I have the same, i ordered a sim card and am now paying for it and they havnt sent it... trying to find someone to talk to or request a sim in a nightmare on this site... not impressed,
