I have had nothing but a carry on since I bought my contract sim..my WiFi has never went on..I called o2  asked the lady to put data on she actually hung the phone up..she didn't have a clue what she was talking about...money has has been taken out my bank account today the 8th when I was told the 10th ..so another lie I would like my money back ASAP.. I was told I would have 20mb  and there was only 10mb on the email another lie...my old number was meant to be on the new contract sim and it wasn't...this has caused significant stress to my mental health ....I also went to the o2 shop for some help and because I did not have photo id  they refused to help me..I think this is terrible customer service and I am a wreck because of all of this I depend on my phone to speak with my family so I need this sorted out ASAP.

@welcome1 This is not O2. This is a customer community. You need to speak to customer service. WiFi calling needs to be enabled by O2 at their end.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers in this link, which includes instructions on how to download and use Skype to call 0800 numbers free: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
If you cannot call you can reach O2 through social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG
