Sim card for new phone

Hi I have a sim only deal with O2.  I have been given a newish phone as a gift but I need to upgrade my sim to a nanosim.  Do I order a replacement sim or buy a new one I cannot seem to get anyone to answer.

Best option is to call in the O2 store

They will swap the sim for you keeping the same number

contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you –
