Sim activation

Hi there I have just received my new phone and sim today and I am unsure on when my new sim will be activated as it’s been about 5/6 hours and I am still unable have any signal on my phone and my old sim is still active

Have you done a sim swap? Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update 

You could also put your old sim in your new phone for now.
