Hi my o2 signals in my home is very bad since I bought it but when I bought it was was told very good signals but lies by 02 and customer service is bad

You should always do your own checks on coverage and not rely on computer simulations, added to the fact that mobile coverage varies wildly between indoors and outdoors, due to how radio waves permeate walls and objects. 

You can enable Wifi Calling to improve voice reception.
