First thing to do is contact o2 and get a replacement sim card you have 2 options -

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

or pop into your local o2 shop with photo ID and then can do a sim swap for you

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

All the tips from the community in this guide, @Georgia6 - Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Also download the My Network app for your phone and set it up so you receive notifications if an issue with a mast in your area exists.

Hope you get back on the net soon!
