Hello
I have a Samsung A14, for the last 3 months every morning my phone says emergency calls only I have to restart my phone to get a signal then the rest of the day its fine. This is my 3rd handset I've bought as I was told it could be a fault with the handset. I had constant signal for 4 days last week, now its back to saying emergency calls only on a morning and having to restart my phone. This is also my 4th sim card. Can anyone help ?

Check out these guides Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?
Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?
Guide: Do you have poor coverage / signal Indoors? This may help Explain / resolve it
Now if none of those help you need to contact O2 give them a call on 202
or 0344 809 0202
OR
you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
If your signal doesn't improve, you may have to think about changing your provider.
