I've got a s22 ultra phone and I keep losing signal to the point if I'm even in a shop or out I can't use phone to call or recieve call or text at times, I've been with o2 for bout 4 month and only got this problem with o2 any help would be great please as I'm paying a bill for something I can't even use a lot of the time. Thankyou I await your reply oh I've also got data on always and all updates are installed for phone ...

Hi I'm so sorry I have been trying to answer you bk since u posted but for some reason it just wouldn't sign me in...
