Hello, I recently swapped my SIM only plan and since then I have no signal to make or receive calls. I can’t call 02 from my phone to check as no signal! Please help! slight_smile

Try using the old sim in your new phone, as o2 will put the tariff on there.
If you need to swap to the new sim, follow the process in this guide:

Did you do a simswap? as the new sim card will have arrived un activated.

You can use your old Sim Card in your device.
