Why is the signal strength so weak in the SA5 8JB area, it’s been like this for months now, one bar currently, it’s very frustrating, yet if I go about 2 to 3 miles down the road I get full bar strength.

Even thought of going to another network provider as this issue is such a pain.

when will these issues be addressed? I’m paying for a service that I’m not getting currently from you, that all I need is for this issue to be fixed, just wondering now if I’m entitled to a substantial discount due to poor service.

As a community of customers like yourself we can't really answer that.

Never rely on coverage maps and try a PAYG SIM on the network you intend to use

Have a look at the guide and Download the My Network App to keep track of and report faults

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
