Signal not working during certain time of day.

Hi.

Myself and a few others on the network have an issue where we lose signal during busy times of the day (specifically lunch rushes or Saturdays). Our phones will say we have 4G or 5G but nothing loads.

Usually happens between 12pm - 2pm on weekdays in specific parts of Norwich.

Everytime I contact the Network Coverage they say its all working, but it is more than just me who has this issue. Any ideas?

It will be a capacity issue on the network where it gets overloaded by too many people all trying to use it at the same time.

There are supposed to be network improvements rolling out across the country to help with these issues.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
