Hi,

Ever since being sent a new SIM card I've had really poor signal cover often being left without signal.

I've tried all of the online, turn off and on, flight mode and reboot options but nothing is working.

@Melissa_jayne96

Sim cards don't control signal levels, these are determined by

1. The Antenna in the Phone

2. The algorithm in the software on the phone.

Have you tried the sim card in a different phone?

Have you checked https://status.o2.co.uk to check if there are issues in your local area?

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Hi thank you for your reply.

I have the Google Pixel 6, is there anything I can do to improve the situation?

You could try dropping down to a 4G connection (or LTE) if that is in the phone menu @Melissa_jayne96 ?
