The area I work in has noto very little  signal. Most of the time I can't even make a phone call.

O2 signal checker states therey are no network  issues and I should be getting 4G data.

I'm and having to tether from my works phone to be able to get use my phone.

I have children at school at the teachers won't be able to get in touch with me if they need to.

Please could someone look into this.

@Harris85

Check the help here Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

You can also report issues through the My Network app https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

If you can switch to 2g it may improve the signal for calls and texts.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

I have tried all of what is mentioned in that guide.

There are several of us who work in the same office and we are all having signal issues. Some are able to get signal a little more than others.

Sounds like it's an O2 blackspot then @Harris85

Either that or the signal is blocked by the building construction.
