On Monday, some O2 rep accidentally batted my sim. I lost all service. Phone started showing no service.

I rung O2 and was told that they have put in a request to get the bar lifted and would take up to 24 hours. Waited and after 24 hours there was nothing.

Was then told that sim was stuck in provisioning and matter has been escalated. And guidelines state 5-7 working days until it gets fixed.

Yesterday I was getting O2 service for a few hours but could only call 202 and not able to receive calls or use internet. But it’s gone back to no service.

Please someone help.

Sounds like a job for @O2Emma to look into for you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I’m now on Day 5 and still without any service. Emma contacted me but she has not replied after that.

Online chat is saying turn your phone off and on. Which is  not the problem.

Past few days being told that provisioning is stuck.

 I’m really disgusted by this.
