Bought an iPad from o2 less than a week ago and the screen has already scratched leaving an annoying line across the screen when powered on. I haven’t taken this iPad anywhere significant and have always left the screen covered in a case. Should it have scratched this easily so soon?

It all depends what causes the scratch, it could even be as daft as it sounds the case scratching the iPad...

You could always try Apple direct and see if they can suggest owt.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Screens don't scratch easily so be prepared for zero help from Apple other than suggesting that you pay for a replacement screen to be fitted.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
