Got watch to link to my existing account however can't make calls or text when not connected to phone.
After hours on hold to customer service and being cut off . Eventually got told esim isn't working and they will send new one. However I'm not convinced please advise.
You need to enable some functions on the phone itself and the way Samsung have set this up is that the phone and watch must be on, and connected either via WiFi or Mobile Data
Also make sure you have connected via the Wear App
