Hi
I upgraded my phone last year to the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G.
Upon setting up my phone for the first time, I had WiFi Calling. This was great as we don't have hardly any signal in our area, so working off of the internet is great.
However, Since prior to Christmas my WiFi calling has disappeared. I've used the O2 website and checked MyO2 and this says it is active on my account.
However, I have tried a further step this morning (shown on the O2 website) to check the firmware by ringing *#1234#. And the codes that should be showing under CSC aren't.
What do I do about getting WiFi on my phone??
Thanks Nicola

Turn off phone and remove sim card.
Turn phone back on and replace sim once phone has fully booted up.
There is possibly a fix for this bug in the January security update so check for updates too.
