Samsung A52 5G how to use WiFi calling

I have bought a new Samsung A52 5G direct from Samsung due to delays with supply from O2.
I have a new O2 5g sim but do not see wifi calling in any menu options.
Call and Internet connection is also poor.
I have done a Samsung software update.
What am I doing wrong? Help please.

Call O2 and ask them to enable it on your account first.

Then turn it on in your MyO2, wait 24 hours and reboot phone.
