I didnt received my SIM card. And tracking number doesnt work.
I switched from monthly payment to pay us you go, as temporary live abroad. My SIM already deactiveted, I still didnt get new one. Where to contact?

@Starbucks Best way to reach O2 at the moment is to use social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Edit: Other methods of contact can be found here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Edit: You would need a new sim card if you switched to Pay & Go. O2 will not send you a sim card if you are abroad. They will only send it to your UK registered address.
