My SIM has become not provisioned - I have no network  and no way to contact O2 (chat are busy....) - please contact me to rectify.

I've tried that already - chat box states "we are busy" and sends me to an FAQ - need to actually speak to someone...

You need to call from another phone in that case on 0344 809 0202

Might be quicker to pop into any O2 store with some ID for a new sim card?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
