I have inserted a different network SIM into my old O2 phone and it says i need the SIM network PUK code. Lebara says it's not an issue with their SIM but O2 says it is not them either! Can anyone help?

Your phone is locked to O2.

How to unlock here Guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card

but if it won't unlock after that, come back as it may be hardlocked and need a different process to release it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
