SIM card hasn’t worked for 6 month

Hi since getting my Samsung s21 my o2 SIM card has never worked can some one help and get it working I’ve had to get a gift gaff sim to use cause I’ve been on the phone to o2 a million times and no one can help I’m pay monthly for nothing basically

If it was an upgrade, your old sim would still be working for you.

To use the new sim, you would need to do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update 

If it was a new contract, only O2 can help you and I can't understand why no one has, unless the phone is faulty.

If so, contact Samsung to check it out https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/
