I received a text from O2 this morning stating that they were turning off my roaming as I seemed to be getting through a lot of calls and texts (I’m locked down in France). They go on to suggest that if they have made a mistake - they have - then I should call them. Except I have no means to call as they’ve turned off my roaming! I’ve searched through the o2 website but can’t find any way to actually speak to somebody. It feels like abuse on New Year’s Day to be honest, even though it will undoubtedly be auto generated. How can I solve this problem?

We don't have any account advisors working today, so you'lll need a different phone to try and call O2 on.
