Hi 

 

I returned my phone on 31/7 for repair.  Can you please let me know the status?

 

This will be the second time in 4 months it has been repaired.

If it can not be repaired can you please send me a new phone.  Each time this has happened, I have lost data and messages.

I think it has been explained that this Community is not O2. We are all customers here

Follow the advice given by @jonsie 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
