I don’t understand why when all restrictions on phone has been lifted can someone help me please

The age restriction only applies to your O2 4G/5G Internet access, @Help66 - if you are using your domestic broadband WiFi, there may be a parental filter in operation there too (VM and BT both have parental controls enabled by default in their broadband offerings)
