I’m about at the end of my tether. Please help. I have an iPhone and an Apple Watch. Both work perfectly together. 3 of my kids have iPhones and Apple Watches. Only 2 of them work perfectly together. The 3rd iPhone and Apple Watch, although work together with Bluetooth and wifi, I am constantly getting reference code 14 when I try to set up a mobile plan. This watch and phone previously had a plan but it suddenly stopped working. So o2 removed it and told me to set a new one, which I now can’t. 10 phone calls in a week and not one person can help! I was even put through to Apple themselves today as it was apparently their problem, which it isn’t! Help me please!!!!

There have been reports of success by reaching out to the O2 Social Media Team, link just below this post has the detail, and in one case I know of, actually going into an O2 Shop where an attentive agent spotted the watch had not been paired with the phone number on the O2 side.

Worth a shot, @Jac71?
