Trying to connect new series 6 nearly all day, only to get the ref 15 message every time.
looks like it’s been a problem for a lot of customers reading through the forum, I’ve tried everything I’ve read to solve the issue with no luck. Customer service say 5 working days to resolve, I’ve also read that doesn’t work.
I’m a new 02 customer only from today, am I trying to early 😪Appreciate any advice
