Receiving calls

Hi all

Bit of a strange one I can receive text messages and make phone calls but cannot receive phone calls from everyone I can get calls from some numbers but not all.. I have checked and they aren't blocked I have reset my settings I have even had a new sim card but that hasn't worked either..... please advise

Sounds like your account needs checking.

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

CREDIT FILE REFERRAL TEAM - NO RESPONSE

No signal or data

I have switched provider and can't access the bill...
