I have a payment added onto this months bill of £12.99. I don’t know what this is, I haven’t bought anything. When I searched it says it was Microsoft store?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

It will be a charge passed on by Microsoft. Have you checked your MS account?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@HelenWhyte

£12.99 is the monthly X Box games pass subscription, if that helps you narrow it down?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

@HelenWhyte

You needs to speak to Microsoft Support https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb

And this page will help https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/account-billing/returning-items-you-bought-from-microsoft-for-ex...

Beaware if you have not secured the account or the device you are liable for all charges and Microsoft have been known to enforce this..

There is naff all o2 Customer Services can do to help

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
