Query about Disney plus

Hi, I took out two new contracts with you in December last year, I was told I could pick Disney plus as the "free" extra. I was advised by the sales person that they could be used on after the other, so in effect 12 months free Disney plus.

 

The first one expired, I was then charged for one month and now can't activate the second as it says it's expired

You were told a load of rubbish.

You must choose within the first 28 days and redeem after a further 28 days.

They should have advised that it would be necessary to choose a different extra on one of the contracts
