Hi there,
I have recently moved my contract from Pay monthly to Pay As You Go (As this was the best option for me given the current climate COVID etc..)
My contract ran the full term and all outstanding bills paid.
I am about to change Mobile Phone Insurance (to the one provided by my bank).
However, they are asking for a proof of purchase? I have had the handset since 2018 so i no long have any documents that came with the phone.
Can someone help / advise.
My old bills were paperless, so i do not have one of them to show! 😞

Call customer service and they will provide you with a stanfarf template acceptable to all insurance companies.
