Problems with number porting

I recently moved to o2 from sky, I input the pac code yesterday. Sky has sent an email today saying my contract is cancelled but the number I want to bring to o2 is still saying unavailable and the number that I got from o2 is also saying invalid. Anyone any ideas? I tried finding live chat but they don't make it easy
