I have recently had problems with my device which were unfixable. So O2 sent me a new device which I received yesterday, I have been trying to set it up all day but it won't allow me to call or text. It just says not registered on network. When I put my sim in new phone it is saying unknown. But when I put it into my partners phone which is the same model it comes up O2-uk and my number. Please help me.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
