Problem with SIM

Hi,

I currebtly have a balance is £17.00 with 102339.7MB of data laft but I am unable to browse the internet, send messages via WhatsApp, Signal, texts. I can only make phone calls. Also my phone is 5G and can not even get 3G/4G or 5G anymore.

5g isn't available on PAYG.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Can you test you SIM in someone else's 'phone ? 

Can you put a different SIM, maybe a PAYG from another network, into your 'phone ?

These actions will enable you to narrow down whether it's a SIM problem, a handset problem or something else.
