Problem getting on app as now upgraded gone to a sim only package

I have a problem getting into my account through app as I have just changed to a sim only package I keep changing my pass word but it keeps saying my email & password do not match up I had this problem before can you check what email you have fir me as I think you could have mis spelt it

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
