Hi, i'm trying to print my previous bills from Dec 2020. But it's only letting me view my latest bill and gives the option to download and print. There's no option to select the months you want view like there used to be?

I've tried it on the website rather than the app. Thanks.

There is a problem with O2's billing platform currently. They are aware and are working on a fix.

Try again next week.

Unfortunately o2 don't give any timescales for anything @DCH as then they can't be wrong!
