I had pre ordered my Samsung s20+ on the 29th February. I got a text regarding this preorder on the 31st March saying my device is ready. I missed a call on the 2nd April and haven't been able to ring back since. Where is my phone? And where is my £50 deposit from this preorder. I cannot get through on the phone.

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
