When you go to 02 community and ask a question why can’t t

yoi ask a question without getting old posts for similar questions?

It's designed to help members find answers quicker as most questions have been asked previously.

You can click on "turn off suggestions" under the search bar or just ignore the suggestions and carry on to post a new thread.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

But if you are in a low signal area, there's not much you can do about it.

WiFi calling can be used if you have a WiFi connection https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling
