Hi I have provided o2 with my PAC code from Sky to keep my old number. My old Sky sim has lost service now so I had assumed my number has been switched. My o2 sim is still in its original number. When trying to call my sky number (which I want to keep) I either get an o2 voicemail or it connects to some random person. If I send a text to that number it’s not received on either phone or SIM card? It has been 24hr a since I provided the PAC code and I have kept turning phones on and off again. Can anyone help?

I would give customer services a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 and they can pass it to the Porting team, and investigate what has happened, as it could be an error by Sky as they need to forward the number in their dial plan to your o2 number.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
